Position The Finance Business Partner - Senior Associate will support the finance team at the group level.
This role is ideal for an individual with 5-7 years of experience, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.
A key focus will be on project enhancements to the MIS system, M&A activities, ESG initiatives, and acting as a change leader within Clanwilliam, reporting directly into the Senior Finance team.

Based in Clanwilliam HQ and reporting into the Group Head of Finance, this role will entail working closely with a wide number of internal business functions such as HR, Marketing, Sales, Development and all other relevant stakeholders to support with all financial aspects of the business.

Requirements Responsibilities are included but not limited to: Lead project enhancements to the MIS system.
Participate in M&A activities, including financial due diligence and integration.
Assisting in the development of financial models to support decision making Evaluating business KPIs and performance metrics.
Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
Supporting the budgeting process across departments.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Act as a change leader, promoting best practices and continuous improvement within the finance team.
About you: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in finance, accounting, audit, or tax roles.
Preferably, but not essential, to have an accounting qualification.
The company will also support candidates pursuing an accounting or related qualification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial software, data analysis, and financial modelling.
Experience with M&A activities, MIS systems and ESG initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with the management team and provide financial insights.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, and strong ethical standards and integrity.
Proven ability to lead change, promote best practices, and work independently as well as part of a team.
