Role Title: ESG Reporting Manager
Role Location: Abbey Street, Dublin

A full-time and permanent position has arisen within Vhi for ESG Reporting Analyst.

Benefits: Hybrid working opportunitiesHealth InsurancePerformance related payCompany pensionAnd many more Role Purpose:Collect, analyse and interpret ESG data, metrics and KPI's to generate comprehensive reports, presentations and disclosures for both internal and external stakeholders.Support management in the design, development and implementation of ESG Reporting within Vhi.Track reporting progress, providing regular updates to senior management.Work closely with Group Analytics and Insight Teams to ensure robust sustainability data management and insights are available to inform decision making.Stay informed on evolving ESG reporting standards and regulatory changes, acting as a subject-matter expert.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, IT, Risk, and Technical, to deliver on key ESG projects.Support audits and identify opportunities to innovate and improve ESG processes. Education & Experience:A degree in Accountancy, Science, Economics or a related field.1-3 years' experience in sustainability/ESG reporting, financial reporting, audit, or regulatory compliance.Strong knowledge of ESG reporting frameworks, particularly CSRD and EU Taxonomy, is preferred.Experience in ESG data management, analysis and reporting tools is advantageous. Skills and Abilities:Ability to interpret and implement new regulatory reporting requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and both internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated alignment to the Vhi values.
