The Role: Deploy, configure, and maintain software applications, hardware components, and IT infrastructure.
Proactively monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement effective solutions to optimize efficiency.
Work closely with IT teams to design and implement new systems and improve existing infrastructure.
Take ownership of IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
Provide technical support, guidance, and training to employees, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Create and manage user accounts, configure laptops and workstations, and assign appropriate access permissions.
Maintain accurate records of system configurations, procedures, and best practices to enhance IT security and compliance.
The Person: Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role managing IT systems.
Strong understanding of databases, networks (LAN/WAN), patch management, and system security best practices.
Resourceful and analytical mindset to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not essential.
