**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Bon Secours Health System. As an Administrative Services Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Patient Access Department, ensuring that patients receive high-quality priority service.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and book patient appointments using hospital IT systems
  • Accurately register patients on IT Systems and process appointments/bookings as per departmental protocols
  • Liaise with clinics and departments to ensure effective patient management
  • Communicate with patients in advance of their appointment to promote a positive patient experience

**Requirements:

  • Leaving Cert level or equivalent
  • Proven administrative and organizational capability
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy
  • Well-developed I.T. skills: Microsoft Package
