Global Fund Order Placement (GFOP) Job Description GFOP comprises four departments: Fund of Hedge Fund, Fund Order Connect, Transitions New Business & Power of Attorney.
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented partner to join our GFOP operations team.
This role is instrumental in managing the completion of fund documentation for target funds, monitoring trade orders for daily European mutual funds, and ensuring accurate fund order routing through our sub-custodian.
Responsibilities: Fund Documentation Completion: Coordinate the completion of subscription documents, ensuring timely submission and adherence to regulatory requirements.Trade Order Monitoring: Monitor trade orders for daily European mutual funds, ensuring timely execution and accurate processing.Fund Order Routing: Oversee the routing of fund orders through our sub-custodian, ensuring compliance with client preferences.Client Servicing and Liaison: Partner with client servicing teams to address inquiries and coordinate fund order placement.Collaboration and Prioritization: Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow management.Skills/Qualifications: Ability to work to set deadlinesMicrosoft Office Skills (Excel, Word)Attention to detail and strong accuracyWorking with Us: As a Northern Trust partner, greater achievements await.
