They have a strong pipeline of work with a number of sites and 4 sites forecasted to commence this year.
Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for: Making sure that construction costs and production are managed as efficiently as possible Variations Measurement Valuations final accounts Criteria Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or related topic 5+ years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor Excellent commercial acumen Strong leadership skills The role will be based full time in Mullingar with site visits when required.
