You should have min 5 years of PQE with proven people management experience.

Key responsibilities will include: Lead the accounting, financial control and reporting function for the Staycity Group.
Create monthly management accounts providing insights and variance analysis.
Manage the annual audit process across the group (incl.
EU-based audit firms) and oversee the preparation of annual financial statements.
Develop and maintain robust financial controls across the group.
Provide expert technical accounting advice to business as required.
Lead the automation and simplification of accounting processes to ensure scalability as the group expands.
Champion the implementation of new systems incl.
new ERP Microsoft Business Central and Power BI reporting suite.
Lead business partner for General/ Divisional managers; driving and leading them in achieving our KPIs.
Assist or lead in growth-related projects across the wider group as required incl.
new property integration.
Support the CSRD reporting project and contribute to the achievement of the group's sustainability strategy.
Lead a team of qualified/part qualified accountants and enable them to deliver their best.
