Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis.
You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business.
Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
The Mid-Market Sales (MMS) team is a critical growth engine for medium-size clients in Google Customer Solutions (GCS) in Benelux.
Through long-term relationship development, you are dedicated to understanding the business goals by providing advertising solutions to drive business success.
You are responsible for increasing advertising business and product adoption growth by educating, promoting solutions and pitching with clients directly.
In this role, you will lead a sales team to help them in understanding Google's advertisers' needs and deliver measurable solutions for business growth.
You will enable the team to exceed business and product goals and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), manage portfolios of various businesses at various stages and set the goal for the team to transform the customers and business.
You will own the strategy, planning, and execution of team-wide account growth and contribute to the direction of the Mid-Market Sales team.

ResponsibilitiesRecruit, retain, motivate and develop a client-facing and sales team of account strategists and account executives.Deliver against aspiring business and product growth goals, grow engagement and client satisfaction for a portfolio of medium businesses in an assigned market.Analyse data, trends, and client performance with your teams to develop plans for customers while tracking activity and provide detailed data analysis weekly, driving consistent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tracking.Coach and model business behaviors including C-level engagement, effective questioning, objection handling and promoting.Lead and strengthen executive-level relationships through key C-level meetings, business reviews and speaking engagements.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
