The Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Social Care Workers and Assistant Support Workers.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting people with their daily plans and activities
  • Providing assistance with living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and laundry
  • Accompanying service users on outings and appointments
  • Maintaining professional relationships with colleagues and service users
Requirements:

We require candidates to have a Full Driver's Licence or be in the process of obtaining one. A Level 7/8 degree in Social Care or a related discipline is preferred for Social Care Workers, although relevant life experience is also valuable. Assistant Support Workers will undergo all necessary training.
