Your daily work will include tasks like these:Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, chat and emails from users regardingHelping seller in the sales process(account management) and buys if quiestions to ticket etcCustomer Service – provide e-mail and phone support to our customers to the required standard which ensures a good balance between productivity and qualityAbility to liaise with other departments as necessaryIdentify process improvement opportunities and raise them through the appropriate forumSupport customers directly on the ground at major events around the worldAny other tasks as requiredIdeal Profile You speak and write Italian at a native level and you are fluent in English.
At least 6 months experience in the IT and tech support industry. Sales skill and experience of Retail is an advantage.
You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills. Good learning pace within IT systems, Basic knowledge to Microsoft office package Excellent problem solving skills with good inter-personal relationship building skills.
