We are currently seeking a Product Manager - Credit Product to join our team in Dublin, Ireland.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including Business, Delivery, Design & Development teams.Engage with business partners and senior stakeholders to define Credit requirements, addressing current and future needs.Articulate complex ideas and strategies to drive credit product initiatives.Analyze statistical data to support business cases and evidence-based decisions.Provide expertise on credit products, ensuring solutions meet client expectations, industry standards, and regulations.Define, understand, and document requirements as Epics/User stories for stakeholder approval.Prepare training materials and manuals for new functionalities.Collaborate with SMEs and delivery teams to ensure alignment.Candidate QualitiesStrong understanding of SME and Corporate lending products, including regulatory and operational aspects.Experience delivering functionalities in lending, especially corporate lending.Ability to make informed decisions, prioritize requirements, and validate with stakeholders.Decisiveness in sprint/release requirement inclusion based on business value.Work effectively with Product Owner, Design, and Delivery teams to resolve challenges.Engage with stakeholders to define customer-centric credit solutions.Banking domain expertise and strong business acumen.Experience and Skills5+ years as SME/BA in Corporate Lending.Deep understanding of SME and Corporate lending products, regulations, and operations.Experience supporting end-to-end solution delivery.Experience with large-scale credit transformation programs is a plus.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.Excellent communication skills.Banking experience in Ireland/UK markets is advantageous.About NTT DATANTT DATA is a global leader in business and technology services, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
