Ensure compliance with international regulations and company policies.
Liaise with airlines, customs authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to clients and addressing any issues that arise.
Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to shipments and operations.

Candidate Requirements: Previous experience in airfreight export operations is essential.
