Reporting to the General Manager, you will be expected to meet or exceed performance targets and deliver excellent customer service.
This permanent full-time position has genuine career progression opportunities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities.Ensure that the customer is informed on a regular basis of the progression of their new vehicle.Responsible for checking vehicles over prior to handover including fuel and that all accessories are fitted.
In addition, all service manuals, book packs and handover forms are ready.Provide a vehicle handover experience that exceeds all customer expectations, including demonstrating the technology within the vehicle and ensuring customers' mobile devices are paired.Present personalized handover gifts to customers.Final check of delivery/handover files into sales administration department ensuring all funding, deposits, paperwork, forms, documents etc.
are complete with signatures where required.Compile personalized automotive videos to enhance trust and transparency for the customer post-handover.Follow-up calls to all customers post-handover ensuring their confirmation of an outstanding customer experience was received.Arrange, via appointment, a post-handover invitation back into the retailer to assist with additional technical customer needs.Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories and key features.Communicate with customers via email, telephone and face to face.Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.Maintain showrooms and outdoor displays to the highest standard.Ensure Demands & Needs Statements are completed at point of Handover and compliant, optimizing any up-sell opportunities.Act with honesty, integrity and professionalism in all dealings and transactions with our customers.Qualifications and SkillsPrevious retail or customer service experience is desirable.Well-organized individual who is process-oriented with excellent attention to detail.Excellent communication, negotiating, and inter-personal skills with a strong focus on customer care and retention.Proven ability to work to high standards.Strong IT and administration skills.Ability to work calmly under pressure.Work well as part of a team.Smart, professional appearance.Hold a full, clean and valid Irish driver's license.Suitably qualified and experienced candidates should forward their letters of application together with a full Curriculum Vitae and an indication of their salary expectation to:
