The primary job function is to maintain the plant in the best possible condition.RequirementsRole Responsibilities Implement and manage maintenance planning (daily, monthly and annual) Organise preventive maintenance of the site: ball mill, separator, filters, pneumatic transport, silos...
Manage spare parts inventory.
Inspect, monitor, and maintain equipment including ball mill Diagnoses potential faults in equipment Manage electrical and mechanical company carrying out maintenance on site (including during periods of planned shutdown) Interpret and modify technical diagrams or schematics for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, etc.
Required Experience & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering Background in maintenance, mechanics, electronics, electromechanics, or automation is required, along with at least 5 years of industrial experience (cement industry if possible) Track record of adhering to and enforcing safety regulations, particularly on projects under their supervision Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices Personal Attributes Fluency in English, both verbal and written Manual dexterity and critical thinking skills Good communication skills Excellent work ethic Organised, trustworthy and dependable Comfortable working on own Initiative and as part of the team Proficiency in Microsoft suite including word, excel etc.
