The Role The Aviation Advisory team founded in 2016 has since established itself as best in class across its service offerings, growing to a team of 60+ staff in just 8 years.
Current client offerings include; aircraft lease management, data migration management, aircraft maintenance reserve reviews, technical aircraft expertise, deal appraisals for investment decision making, and a broad range of accounting and finance offerings to its clients.
Roles & Responsibilities Fleet technical records data management, documentation updating and controlAssist with Asset Review system control and assessmentsManage and administer the technical specification database and reportingReview monthly utilization, billing and component status changesMaintain up to date technical knowledge of each aircraft by typeInput and review fleet's aircraft specifications, aircraft by type technical information, equipment data and specificationsAnalyzing and updating shop visit eventsAssisting with evaluation and processing of Maintenance Reserve ClaimsPopulation of new asset marketing SpecificationsProvide Internal Technical Support to the wider Aviation Advisory TeamJob Requirements Aeronautical Engineering degree or Part 66 LicenseMinimum 4 years' experience in a technical fleet support rolePrevious in an Aircraft Lessor Experience or third party service provider desirableExperience of contract management Systems is a distinct advantage, Lease Manager, Lease Point Aerdata CMS etcDetail-Orientated and organizedAbility to assist in managing a large team of technical associatesMeet deadlines and be able to prioritizeEquity, diversity and inclusion At Grant Thornton, we provide equitable opportunities for all our colleagues.
