As an Area Sales Manager, you will be part of our salesforce providing lighting solutions to meet client needs, working in collaboration with regional consultants, contractors, end users and internal teams.
This is a key role within our organisation to Glow and Grow our business where you will be involved in lighting design, technical support and commercial engineering, as well as working with our sales support teams to deliver a committed and connected service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities: Actively look for new relationships and develop them into profitable accountsAdvise clients on, among other things, sustainability, lighting and control techniques, Human Centric Lighting.Develop a lighting plan, and present to your customer.Agree and meet sales targetsKeep up to date on systems and admin requiredDesired Qualifications and Experience: Excellent lighting and controls technical knowledge (to LIA Level 2 or equivalent)CAD competence would be advantageousPersonal Attributes: Strong collaboration skills and a team playerResilient and accountableStructured, solution-oriented and committed to continuous improvementService-minded and customer-oriented approachPromotes a positive work environmentWhat We Offer: Opportunity to work in an international, purpose-driven companyWe offer varied and challenging tasks, continuous development and learning opportunitiesEnjoy a dynamic and collaborative work environmentLocation: Home based in Dublin area
