About the Role:
As an IT Deskside Support Engineer, you will play a key role in providing 2nd and 3rd level IT support, assisting in resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations for staff members.
Responsibilities: Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support to staff.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and resolve incidents efficiently.Manage and maintain laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.Support IT-related projects and improve processes where necessary.Required: An IT Degree or equivalent qualification.A minimum of 2 years' experience in a client-facing IT support role.What's In It For You?
