Requirements Experience as a QA Director or QA Manager; Deep understanding of modern testing methods and testing processes, including automated and manual approaches; Experience managing a testing team; Analytical and strategic thinking; Knowledge of various testing methods and development methodologies; Experience with testing and development tools, as well as knowledge of the principles of operation of various applications (mobile, desktop, services, etc.
