We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Programme Manager to lead the rollout of a new programme and software, while also owning and nurturing key relationships with dispatchers.
This role involves extensive collaboration with internal teams (e.g.
Operations, Product, Tech), representing FREENOW with external stakeholders (dispatchers), and direct responsibility for the successful implementation and ongoing management of the new programme.
YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:Programme Ownership: Lead the planning, execution, and ongoing management of a new programme and associated software rollout, ensuring it aligns with FREENOW's strategic objectives and delivers measurable results.
This includes defining scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.Dispatcher Relationship Management: Own and cultivate relationships with dispatchers, acting as the primary point of contact and addressing their needs and concerns.
This involves regular communication, feedback gathering, and collaborative problem-solving.Software Implementation: Oversee the implementation of new software, including training dispatchers and internal teams, managing user acceptance testing, and ensuring a smooth transition.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Product, Tech) to ensure the programme and software meet their requirements and are effectively integrated into existing workflows.
Represent FREENOW professionally with external stakeholders, particularly dispatchers.Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor programme performance, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize outcomes.
Report regularly on progress and key metrics.Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency related to dispatcher interactions and programme management.Training and Support: Develop and deliver training materials and provide ongoing support to dispatchers and internal teams on the new programme and software.Driver Advocacy: While this role's primary focus is dispatchers, an understanding of driver needs and the broader operational landscape is beneficial.TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:5+ years of experience in Programme Management, Account Management, Operations, or related fields, with a demonstrable track record of successfully managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.Proven ability to manage performance, drive change, and develop talent.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively influence and negotiate with external stakeholders (especially dispatchers).A proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen.Experience with software implementation and user training.Proficiency in data analysis.
