About the Role:
As a Principal Researcher, you will take a leadership role in advancing novel approaches to recommender systems.
You'll drive cutting-edge research, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and lead initiatives that impact millions of users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of advanced recommender system algorithms that solve complex real-world problems.
Conduct in-depth research, explore novel methodologies, and push the boundaries of current practices in recommender systems.
Manage large-scale datasets and propose innovative solutions for data acquisition, preparation, and utilization.
Define strategic research directions, drive projects, and mentor junior researchers to execute with excellence.
Publish groundbreaking research in top-tier conferences and journals and contribute to the global intellectual property portfolio (patents).
Foster relationships with external research partners, universities, and stakeholders to maintain leadership in ICT research.
Take ownership of demonstrating the real-world impact of research outcomes through practical prototypes or system implementations.
Requirements: Extensive experience in recommender systems and machine learning research, with a track record of innovations and solutions.
Advanced programming and software engineering expertise in Python, R, C, or C++.
Passionate about shaping the future of machine learning and AI technologies.
PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields with substantial research leadership experience.
Strong publication record in top-tier conferences, journals, and intellectual property.
Proven ability to lead projects from concept through to successful implementation, managing ambiguity and stakeholder expectations.
