The Role We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Account Director Business Development to drive new customer acquisition, revenue growth, and strategic partnerships within large enterprise and government sectors.
This role will be instrumental in expanding our market presence by identifying opportunities, developing high-value ICT solutions, and fostering strong C-level relationships.
Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities within the enterprise and government sectors to achieve defined revenue and gross margin targets.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain C-level relationships, positioning eir evo as a trusted advisor in digital transformation and ICT solutions.
Solution Selling: Deliver tailored, high-value solutions across Networking, Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, Managed Services, and Professional Services to meet clients' business needs.
Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute a robust go-to-market strategy, leveraging market insights, customer requirements, and competitive analysis.
Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Product Management, and Finance, to refine our value propositions and pricing models.
Market Advocacy: Represent eir evo at industry events, thought leadership forums, and strategic engagements to enhance market visibility.
Pipeline & Forecast Management: Maintain a 3X sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM systems.
Key Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record of securing and managing large corporate and government contracts.
Expertise in selling complex ICT solutions, including Cloud, Networking, Security, Unified Communications, and Managed Services.
Proven ability to engage and negotiate at C-level, driving long-term strategic partnerships.
Strong commercial acumen, with experience in financial modeling, P&L management, and pricing strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead bid responses, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive high-value deals.
A results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Willingness to travel and work on-site with clients as required.
