Reporting to our Civils Contact Manager, the Civils Coordinator will be responsible for applying, managing, tracking, and monitoring all mandatory T1, T2, T3, T4 & POV applications required for road works and road openings, following through to their respective T5 Sign off.
The Civils Coordinator will also effectively lead, train & mentor their own team.
Responsibilities What You'll Do:
Apply & Manage Road Opening Licensing (ROL) & position of vehicles (POV) and other permits as required.Lead, train, and mentor your own team.Track & issue weekly detailed status & progress reports.Review, submit, and resubmit road license and permit requests aligned with the build programme.Open and close all Work Particulars associated.Ensure that the licence/permit applications contain all the required & correct information prior to submission.Inform the relevant team members on the progress of the licence/permit.Monitor all notices and data regarding road opening licences where errors, omissions, or oversights may incur fixed penalty charges or result in the work being stopped by the Road Authority/Roads Management Office (RMO) with resultant costs to the business.Deal with LA's/Road Authority/RMO enquiries and respond in a timely fashion.Escalate the refusal of the relevant authority/RMO to grant a licence/permit to the Client when it cannot be progressed.Track all licence/permit requests and status of each request through the MRL system & Entegro trackers.Carry out any other duties deemed necessary and/or required.Skills required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
