Product Manager Financial Services Were partnering with a financial services company, seeking an experienced Product Manager to join their dynamic Product team on a permanent basis.
This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of one of their financial productsguiding its strategy, development, and performancewhile playing a pivotal role in shaping customer experience and driving commercial success.
As Product Manager, youll be the primary advocate for both the customer and the product, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver market-leading leasing solutions.

Key Responsibilities Define and deliver the end-to-end product strategy for the product in line with business growth objectives.
Lead market research to uncover customer needs, trends, and competitive opportunities to build differentiated, customer-focused product propositions.
Manage the full product development lifecyclefrom ideation to launchcollaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Act as a product champion across teams (Ops, Sales, Marketing, IT, Pricing, etc.
), building consensus and aligning priorities.
Monitor and report on product performance, identifying and executing on opportunities to improve customer outcomes and business impact.
Ensure full regulatory compliance and industry best practice in all product activities.
Drive cross-product innovation and look for ways to streamline product portfolios and improve internal efficiencies.
Maintain and develop product collateral (FAQs, documentation, internal training resources) to support effective rollout and adoption.
Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the Leasing product on all change and project-related activity.
What Youll Bring Experience & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field; a Masters or professional qualification is a plus.
Minimum 5 years experience in product management within the financial services sector.
Fully qualified Financial Advisor (QFA), APA, or working towards, with up-to-date CPD compliance.
Experience working within a regulated environment, meeting Fitness and Probity (F&P) standards.
Skills & Attributes: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable product decisions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
Detail-oriented with strong time management and project coordination abilities.
A customer-first mindsetcomfortable finding both IT and non-IT solutions to complex challenges.
Confidence to take ownership, make decisions, and escalate where needed.
Results-driven and resilient, with a get-it-done approach even in the face of challenges.
