Join us and make it your own story Trust us, you won't get bored, as you: are responsible for all general technical minor repairs, structural repairs and necessary maintenance measures check regularly the technical facilities of the hotel coordinate all external facility management service providers carry out painting and silicone work throughout the hotel work closely with the corporate office in Munich and coordinate with the housekeeping team supervise all regular maintenance and expert inspections of the technical and safety-related equipment in coordination with the Maintenance Manager are responsible for buying the necessary materials in consultation with the Hotel Manager We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:  a training in the field of HVAC and/or electrical several years of professional experience in a comparable position gained experience in leading/coordinating external service providers good general technical knowledge and skills (e.g. painting, electrical, plumbing) presenting yourself confidently, bringing joy to the workplace, and humour is second nature to you willing to work weekends from time to time and, if necessary, take on a late shift speaking fluently English What's in for you?
