Were expanding our Dublin team and looking for a motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our fast-paced and supportive environment. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training and mentorship to help you build the skills needed to become a top-performing recruiter. Responsibilities Source and screen candidates for temporary and permanent roles within the healthcare sector (training provided). Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Write and post job adverts across multiple job boards. Conduct candidate interviews and pre-screening calls. Manage job applications and maintain accurate candidate records on the CRM system. Assist senior consultants with client management and business development activities. Work towards weekly and monthly targets in a team-focused environment. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong work ethic, resilience, and motivation to achieve goals. Confident, outgoing personality with a passion for people and sales. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Good IT literacy (Microsoft Office, email, CRM systems). Previous experience in sales, customer service, or target-driven roles is desirable but not essential. Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
