You'll join an established brand that combines local expertise with all-Ireland reach, offering long- term career development and the chance to make a real impact. Key responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients Manage vacancies and deliver a high-quality recruitment service Source, screen, and interview candidates Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback Negotiate job offers and placements Attend client visits and support tender proposals Manage your own sales targets and contribute to branch performance About you We're looking for someone who's proactive, people-focused, and commercially minded, with: At least 1 year's recruitment experience or 2 years' direct B2B sales experience in a target-driven environment Excellent communication and negotiation skills Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems Strong organisational and multitasking abilities A full driving licence or access to transport (travel may be required) Closing date: Tuesday, 18th November at 5 PM.
