What You'll Do
Are you an experienced HVAC professional looking to take your career in a new direction?
We're seeking a HVAC Service Sales Engineer to join our expanding team in the Munster region.
This is a sales-focused role, but your HVAC expertise is what matters most.
Whether you've worked as a technician, engineer, or in HVAC service management, your industry knowledge will be key to helping clients find the right solutions.
How You'll Do It
As a HVAC Service Sales Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in growing our service and maintenance contract base across Munster.
You'll work directly with end users and facilities management teams to offer tailored HVAC solutions that deliver long-term value.
You'll also have access to innovative products that set JCI/Airflow Services apart in the market.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Identifying and securing new service and maintenance contracts
Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Developing and executing a regional growth strategy
Promoting JCI/Airflow's full range of HVAC services and solutions
What We Look For
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in HVAC – ideally with a background as an engineer, technician, or in HVAC service delivery
Customer-focused – able to understand client needs and match them with the right solutions
Sales-savvy – while prior sales experience is a plus, it's not essential
A strong communicator – confident in presenting solutions and building trust
Driven and independent – capable of managing your own territory and growing your portfolio
