We are looking for a full-time experiencedChef dePartieto join our kitchen team.
In this role, you will manage your own section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes that meet the Head Chefs standards.
What You Will Do: Prepare and cook dishes in your section following the Head Chefs instructions.
Help plate dishes with attention to detail and consistency.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, especially during busy periods.
Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation at all times.
Help with general kitchen cleaning to ensure a safe environment.
Follow all food safety guidelines, including proper handling and storage of ingredients.
Help with checking stock levels, rotating supplies, and reporting any shortages to senior chefs.
What We Are Looking For: At least4 years of experienceas a Commis Chef or Chef de Partie in arestaurant or hotel kitchen.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen whilemaintaininghigh food quality and presentation.
Strong knowledge of health and safety standards in the kitchen.
Good communicationskills and a team player.
Positive attitude and passion for cooking.
Experience with menu execution and plating is a plus.
