Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard, ensuring consistency and quality across all sections Assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations Ensure all food preparation and service is carried out in line with hygiene, health, and safety regulations Take ownership of a designated section and contribute to menu planning and development Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workstation at all times Support and mentor junior kitchen staff where required Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Commis Chef ready to step up A passion for food and a keen eye for detail Excellent knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene standards Ability to work under pressure and as part of a close-knit team Strong communication and organisational skills Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays What We Offer: A positive and supportive working environment Opportunities for training and career development Staff meals on duty Competitive pay based on experience A chance to work with a creative and committed culinary team in a well-established venue If you're enthusiastic about food, take pride in your craft, and want to be part of a professional team, we would love to hear from you.
