We're seeking an experienced and hands-on International Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across multiple countries in Europe, LATAM, and Asia.

You'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring timely, accurate payroll while driving process standardization and fostering a positive team culture.

A Typical Day: Leading daily planning sessions to review upcoming deadlines and payroll priorities.
Managing end-to-end international payroll cycles, including reviewing inputs, outputs, and wire approvals.
Acting as the first point of escalation for employee payroll queries and resolving issues promptly.
Overseeing relationships with external payroll vendors to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Reviewing and filing social security, tax, and pension obligations across regions.
Guiding your team with hands-on support while driving process improvements and standardization.
Collaborating on special projects and supporting payroll system enhancements.

Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, formulas, and macros), experience with Workday or Oracle, and managing outsourced payroll operations are strongly preferred.
