**Job Overview:**

As a Senior Manager of Global Payroll, you will lead end-to-end payroll operations across EMEA, USA, and Canada. You will ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll cycles for our global workforce.

You will manage payroll teams in Dublin and Sri Lanka, optimize processes, and collaborate with HR, Finance, and external partners to implement best practices and maintain regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the end-to-end payroll process in EMEA and North America, balancing outsourced providers and in-house teams.
  • Reviewing, validating, and approving payrolls as prepared by the teams, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local statutory requirements and company standards.
  • Working with 3rd party payroll vendors and system providers, including adherence to service level agreements.
  • Ensuring all payroll-related tax filings are completed timely and accurately; working with tax agencies and payroll service providers to resolve issues.
