
International Payroll Manager

We're seeking an experienced and hands-on International Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across multiple countries in Europe, LATAM, and Asia. In this key role, you'll combine technical payroll expertise with strong leadership, guiding a team of two while collaborating closely with our international payroll vendor. You'll take ownership of day-to-day operations, ensuring timely, accurate payroll while driving process standardization and fostering a positive team culture. A Typical Day: Leading daily planning sessions to review upcoming deadlines and payroll priorities. Managing end-to-end international payroll cycles, including reviewing inputs, outputs, and wire approvals. Acting as the first point of escalation for employee payroll queries and resolving issues promptly. Overseeing relationships with external payroll vendors to ensure smooth operations and compliance. Reviewing and filing social security, tax, and pension obligations across regions. Guiding your team with hands-on support while driving process improvements and standardization. Collaborating on special projects and supporting payroll system enhancements. This Role May Be For You: You thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and can juggle multiple priorities. To be considered You'll need significant payroll experience, including having worked as a payroll manager with direct people management responsibilities. A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business is required. Advanced Excel skills (including pivot tables, formulas, and macros), experience with Workday or Oracle, and managing outsourced payroll operations are strongly preferred. Does this sound like you?
