Overview
Senior Engineer, Product Applications – Magnetic Sensors at Analog Devices.
The Custom Silicon Solutions (CSS) team develops silicon technologies enabling feature sets of today's high-end portable consumer devices.
The role supports customers during design-in, develops system-level validation tests (pre-silicon FPGA and post-silicon), and contributes to documentation and reference designs.
Responsibilities
Design and implementation of hardware and software platforms for product validation, evaluation, and demonstration.
Develop reference and recommended designs to support customers through their design-in process.
Support internal teams and customers in the resolution of technical issues.
Contribute to generation of customer-facing documentation such as datasheets, specifications, and user guides.
Design, bench testing and debugging of electronic circuits.
Minimum Qualifications
Honours Degree in Electrical/Electronic, Electronic & Computer Engineering or similar
3 to 5 years' industry experience in an engineering role
Essential Skills
Excellent analog, digital, mixed-signal and power circuit theory knowledge
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent spoken and written English
Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools
Desired Skills
Experience with Python software development
Knowledge of semiconductor development and validation process
Experience with FPGA development
Export/EOE
