The role supports progression toward Chartered status with Engineers Ireland and suits someone with a strong foundation in building design.
Responsibilities
Involved in the design and project management of structural engineering projects for a wide range of clients valued between €3M - €3B.
Work toward Chartered status with Engineers Ireland.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on residential, commercial and educational projects.
Support project delivery from concept through to construction documentation.
Sample Projects:
Residential developments including 600-1,200 houses, low-rise apartments, creche facilities, retail, 13-17 storey towers.
Values: €140M - €400M.
Commercial offices – Mixed-use developments including offices, apartments, retail, entertainment, museum.
Values: €250M - €400M.
Education – Two new schools.
Value: €50M.
Requirements
Masters / Degree in structural engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 1-3+ years post-graduate experience in Ireland or the UK.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and progress.
Salary circa €45k – €55k+; excellent benefits package – full details available on application.
