We aim to be fully digitized offering the best technical/software equipment available on the Market.Job Title: Supervisor/Motor MechanicReports to: ManagerLocation: John F Kennedy DriveJob Purpose: As Supervisor the person will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in the management of the branch and in his absence to take full responsibility for the management of the branch.
The person will be responsible for ensuring that the team achieve service, sales and quality targets etc in a customer-focused environment whilst ensuring all company policies and procedures are adhered to including Health & Safety Etc.
Key Tasks Required:To supervise and to actively work on Motor Vehicles on the workshop floorAchieve Company and branch objectives & targetsEnsuring all administrative work in conducted in a timely mannerRecording all relevant details on our in house systemsSupporting Branch Manager as requested e.g. AuditsUsing materials, parts and equipment in an efficient mannerFull compliance with all Health & Safety proceduresAdhering fully to the Company's operations manualMaintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customersUnderstand and adhere to all the Company policies and procedures/operations manualEssential Requirements:Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar roleFull Current Driving Licence essentialExperience in both Diagnostics and Fault FindingGood Technical and Motor ExperienceExcellent Communication skillsMust have leadership experience Rewards and Conditions:Basic salary - Neg21 days annual leaveUnlimited Potential Bonus SchemePromotional OpportunitiesATA/SMT Accreditation with IMI and Motor Technician Specific Training Courses availableEV Accreditation Training course
