Senior Project Manager M&A/Integration Contract 6-12 Months My client a leading global name is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Senior Project Manager to join their group on a rolling contract need.
This role will be part of my client programme of work in their acquisition of another company, your role will be to support the M&A activity surrounding this.
My client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work with their team of focused professionals.
Delivering an efficient, accurate service and conducting analysis that helps to develop solutions for projects.
You will be required to manage the business integration project in line with the Change Management Framework, defining project approach, resource requirements, and estimating delivery and agree on project scope, outputs, timescale, quality, cost, and benefits to ensure business requirements are clearly articulated and and manage project structure, roles, and teams for efficient and effective delivery.
Produce RAID logs and manage mitigation activities, including ongoing risk assessment.
You will Collaborate with Information Technology and external application vendors to integrate their costs, activities, and deliverables within the overall project scope.
You will create high-level and detailed documents to effectively communicate with the project team, peers, and stakeholders.
Successful candidates will have Previous experience in project management with insurance business integration or insurance business change project is essential.
You will have excellent knowledge of business improvement and change management methodologies.
You will have an ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence business decisions across all stakeholder groups.
You will confidently respond to conflicts and manage situations positively, proactively escalating ongoing issues.
You will be a Self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to set priorities and monitor progress under timeline pressure.
You will have the ability to lead and motivate others through effective people management skills.
You will have Project Management certification (PMP, Prince 2, or MSP) would be a preference.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a leading M&A project and gain M&A experience.
