Overview

Senior Project Manager M&A/Integration Contract 6-12 Months — Adecco. This is an urgent rolling contract to support M&A activity and business integration as part of a company acquisition. The role is to work with the team to deliver efficient, accurate service and analysis to develop solutions for projects.

Location: Dublin, County Dublin, Ireland. Salary range mentioned in posting: €85,000.00-€100,000.00 (varies based on skills and experience).

Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, outputs, timescale, quality, cost, and benefits to ensure business requirements are clearly articulated and understood.
  • Establish and manage project structure, roles, and teams for efficient and effective delivery.
  • Produce RAID logs and manage mitigation activities, including ongoing risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with Information Technology and external application vendors to integrate costs, activities, and deliverables within the overall project scope.
  • Create high-level and detailed documents to effectively communicate with the project team, peers, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in project management with insurance business integration or insurance business change projects is essential.
  • Excellent knowledge of business improvement and change management methodologies.
  • Ability to negotiate, persuade, and influence business decisions across all stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to respond to conflicts and manage situations positively, proactively escalating ongoing issues.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills; able to set priorities and monitor progress under timeline pressure.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others through effective people management skills.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, Prince 2, or MSP) would be a preference.
