Job description Recruitment Coordinator Reports to: Group HR Manager Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5pm Location: Ballynure Summary: Woodside Logistics Group has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our HR Team.
Reporting directly into the HR Manager, you will work closely with management and group divisions to provide a comprehensive service for all recruitment needs and requirements.
As a Recruitment Coordinator you will play a key role in shaping the candidate journey and supporting our growing teams.
You'll work closely with the hiring managers to coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, efficient and positive experience for every applicant.
Main Responsibilities: Proactively source suitable candidates for active vacancies Co-ordinate drafting of job ads to attract suitable candidates (on various job boards, social media etc) Manage and track vacancies via the applicant tracking system Carefully review applicants, shortlist and identify the most suitable candidates for each role.
Provide an excellent candidate experience, from initial contact through to onboarding Communicate effectively with Managers providing regular updates on their recruitment campaigns Arrange and conduct interviews Contact new employees, manage job offers, support inductions and assist with the onboarding process Close out recruitment campaigns and acknowledge candidates that were unsuccessful Follow up with new starters to ensure smooth onboarding and flag any issues Attend job fairs and career events when required Contribute to the creation of engaging recruitment and employer branding content Update recruitment platforms with company content Track recruitment metrics such as attendance at interviews, job board performance and onboarding status Record all applicants submitted through the employee referral scheme and coordinate with Payroll to ensure eligible bonuses are processed and paid Support with implementation of a new recruitment system Essential Criteria Previous experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment campaigns from start to finish Confident in engaging and building relationships with candidates at all levels Experience sourcing talent through various channels (job boards, social media, networking, referrals) Benefits Attractive salary Award winning, state of the art Head Office facilities 33 days holidays Fully funded Healthcare cash plan Employee referral scheme Long service recognition Cycle to work scheme Our Diversity and Inclusion commitments: Woodside Logistics Group is committed to having an inclusive workplace where every employee feels they belong.
