FSR: €44K OTE
€25K Salary
€5K Car Allowance (or van where available)

Your Role:
You will be responsible for driving sales of Electric Ireland's products within your territory by engaging with potential customers at their homes.
Electric Ireland offers some of the best deals on the market, helping customers save on energy bills, creating a high opportunity for success
Requirements:
Full Clean Drivers Licence
Can-do, positive, and competitive mindset
Results-driven and resilient
Enjoy being outdoors in all weather conditions
Enjoy engaging with customers at their homes and building strong relationships
Excellent communication skills with fluent English and interpersonal skills to foster positive customer relationships
Professionalism with the ability to build trust through effective listening and appropriate responses
Flexibility to work from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday – Friday, with potential Saturday work to meet targets (more flexible hours between 09:00 and 21:00)
Sales experience is not essential; the key is the desire to hit targets, work hard, and earn uncapped commissions
Desirable:
Door-to-door experience (not essential, as full training will be provided)
Track record of achieving targets in sales or similar demanding environments
