About the Role: We are seeking a talented Project Manager to spearhead an inter-departmental remediation project within the Compliance and Operational Risk function.
You will play a pivotal role in partnering with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of essential remediation items that enhance the Compliance programme.
Key Responsibilities: As the Project Manager, you will: * Oversee Project Execution: Track deliverables, develop project plans, and measure progress against key performance indicators to ensure project goals are met.
* Lead Documentation Efforts: Identify gaps and controls needed for sustained performance, and document project and remediation requirements effectively.
* Plan and organise: utilise technology platforms and change management tools to streamline project processes and ensure timely completion.
* Navigate Across Teams: Collaborate with various Lines of Business, including GCOR, Technology, and Risk, to facilitatedecision-making and resolve issues efficiently.
* Report Progress: Maintain and report on an integrated delivery plan, raising risks and escalating issues to stakeholders as necessary.
What Were Looking For: To excel in this role, you should possess: * Experience: At least 2 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with structured project management methods and best practises.
*Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to assess complex problems and propose actionable tasks and deliverables.
* Risk ManagementUnderstanding:A solid grasp of Risk Management principles is essential.
* Communication Skills: The capability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create impactful presentations and reports.
