At AECOM, we are recruiting a Senior Infra Construction Project Manager to join us in our Dublin office.
Here's what you'll do:
Lead the coordination of the project ensuring interfaces are considered and addressed at all stages of the project lifecycle
Maintain the Responsible / Accountable / Consulted / Informed task tracker
Work with technical teams in coordinating and managing design consultants and external service providers
Organise design review meetings and communicate design acceptance to the Contractor
Communicate design changes to relevant project team members and stakeholders
Report monthly on project tasks and construction works during the construction phase
Maintain and update the project risk register regularly
Identify opportunities to improve project management procedures, templates, and products
Monitor and apply performance management techniques
Manage the change control process
Manage project information flow between team and client via meetings and written communications
Document best practice construction project management policies and standards
NEC Specific Activities
Review and accept programme submissions
Lead with trust and cooperation
Manage document communication as required by the contract
Act as Project Manager per the contract, maintaining close contact with the Client
Manage the compensation event process fairly
Ensure timely notification of compensation events by the Contractor
Qualifications

Post Graduate Qualification in Project Management, Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
In pursuit of Chartered Status with SCSI/RICS, CIOB, RIBA, or EI
APM affiliation is a benefit
