Clinical Supervisor – Nationwide Opportunities
Cpl Healthcare
, in partnership with our esteemed client, is seeking an experienced and dedicated
Clinical Supervisor
to join our team within a network of high-quality Nursing Homes across Ireland.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and qualified nurse manager to lead and inspire our care teams, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of resident-centered care, maintain compliance with
HIQA
regulations, and uphold the highest standards in health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage and drive development of day-to-day clinical and administrative operations of the nursing home.
Ensure exceptional quality of care and resident safety.
Maintain full compliance with
HIQA
standards and other regulatory requirements.
Support, mentor, and develop nursing and support staff.
Implement effective policies and procedures to enhance service delivery and operational performance.
Candidate Requirements:
Registered with the
Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI)
.
Minimum of
3 years' experience in nursing management
, ideally within the care of older persons.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in residential care.
