As our Assistant Restaurant Manager, you play a key role in supporting the Restaurant Manager in helping the team grow and shine, providing training, mentorship, and support to make sure everyone is on the same page about delivering exceptional service in one of the busiest restaurants in Dublin.
You will oversee a team of 40+ wait staff, and head waiters.In this role, set the standard by leading from the front, showing the team what great service looks like.
