Job Description
As a Senior Principal Engineer for Digital Design you will be taking a leading role in the definition and deployment of processes and methodologies in the field of Digital IP Design.

In your new role you will:Contribute substantially to theIP strategyin the field ofDigital Design
Work as part of a team responsible forinfrastructure,methodologyandautomationforIP Concept,DesignandVerification
Facilitate and encourageinnovation across boundaries, both internal and external to the IP design organisation
Observe and proactively act onexternal and internal trends
Coach & challenge new ideas, actively balance risks and opportunities anddrive decisions
Be equally comfortable working with engineers, and engaging with senior managers and their senior technical leadership

Your Profile
You are a leader with a strong background in Digital Design, and a proven track record of driving complex projects forward. You are a strategic thinker, able to analyze intricate problems from multiple angles, leveraging your network of experts to drive innovative solutions and continuous improvement. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to effectively convey your ideas, influence others, and build lasting relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A University Degree within STEM(Science, Technologies, Engineering and Mathematics) area
At least 15 years of relevantDigital Designexperience from Digital IP design
An expert understanding ofDigital Design Methodologies and flows
Proven ability to develop complex digital designs targetinghigh speedand/or low power,and an in-depth understanding of theSoC implementation flow
Proven ability to solve critical problems with high complexity by proactively involving expert networks, and to exploit deviations in order to support continuous improvement
Excellentcommunication skillswith the ability to easily transmit your ideas/proposals in both verbal and/or written forms and the capacity to influence others
Ability to use time productively and efficiently when faced with multiple tasks and priorities
An in-depth understanding ofAnalog IP Design and Integration
Fluency inEnglish(mandatory)
