Job Description
As a Senior Principal Design Architect, you will be taking a leading role in the definition and deployment of processes and methodologies in the field of Digital IP Design.

In your new role you will:
Design and specifyEthernet Networking IPfor the Microcontroller Division
Translate application requirementsinto innovative system architecture components
Make decision proposalson HW and SW architecture partitioning
Contribute substantially to theIP strategy in the fieldby providing exploitation options
Be responsible forrequirements managementandtrace activities
Identify,evaluateanddrive innovation ideas
Proactivelydevelop and strengthen relationson Infineon top management level

Your Profile
You are a leader with a proven track record of driving complex projects forward. You are a strategic thinker, able to analyze intricate problems from multiple angles, leveraging your network of experts to drive innovative solutions and continuous improvement. Your exceptional communication skills enable you to effectively convey your ideas, influence others, and build lasting relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A University Degree within theSTEM(Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) area
At least15 years of relevant working experience
Deeptechnical expertise of Ethernetin Automotive
Proven ability tosolve critical problemswith high complexity by proactively involving expert networks, and to exploit deviations in order to support continuous improvement
Excellentcommunication skillswith the ability to easily transmit your ideas/proposals in both verbal and/or written forms and the capacity to influence others
Ability touse time productively and efficientlywhen faced with multiple tasks and priorities
Fluency inEnglish(mandatory)
