eir evo are recruiting a Principal Architect to work on large solution-based deals and opportunities within our customer base.
Expectations From The Role
Objectives include:
Assist Account Teams with requirements analysis and opportunity identification for large deals within customer accounts.
Combination of multiple elements of the eir evo portfolio to deliver benefits to customers.
Work with our partner community to identify propositions and benefits for eir evo's customers.
Act as a named technical sponsor for a number of large accounts.
Lead multi-discipline virtual teams to work on customer designs and projects.
Key Performance Indicators
Solution quality
Business Targets – key reporting metrics on pipeline and large deal closure
Customer revenue retention and organic growth
New logo Acquisition
Requirements For A Successful Application
Experience Required
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
10+ years experience in IT, including time spent in a senior IT architecture role and customer-facing activity.
Experience architecting large and complex systems from the conceptual architecture level down through the application architecture level
Experience providing technical thought leadership across an organization
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate to an audience at all levels within an organization
Self-motivated with the ability to accomplish tasks with minimal direction
Ability to manage multiple efforts simultaneously and meet agreed upon deadlines
Strategic Partnerships: Experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships and alliances to enhance business capabilities and market reach.
Proven Track Record in Revenue Growth: Demonstrated ability to drive significant revenue growth through strategic initiatives and effective sales leadership.
Operational Excellence: Strong focus on operational efficiency and effectiveness, with the ability to streamline processes and improve overall business performance
Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, optimize sales performance, and identify new business opportunities
Innovation and Creativity: A track record of developing innovative solutions and approaches to meet business challenges and drive growth.
Architectural Design, 10+ years experience.
Specific expert level skills in at least one of the following areas, with industry accreditation to back this up: Compute, Storage, Networking, Microsoft, Security, Managed Service.
Strengths in more than one of these areas is an advantage.
Customer interaction skills – requirements analysis, idea generation
Strong focus on innovation for customer benefit
Numbers focused
Broad knowledge required to present and outline the value of eir evo's wide portfolio at C-Level.
