What will I be doing as a Braeburn Supervisor?
Support the Braeburn Manager in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
Supervise and support baristas in preparing and serving Braeburn coffee beverages.
Motivate the team by challenging the staff to meet achievable goals through effective leadership and communication skills.
Ensure that the store is operating in line with Braeburn standards, policies and procedures.

An Applegreen Braeburn Supervisor would ideally: Have previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role.
Have a can-do attitude who has strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment.
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
