Job Summary: As an Accounts Administrator within our residential division, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the residential construction projects.
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, managing payroll, and supporting the overall financial health of the residential section.
Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments.
Reconcile accounts payable transactions.
Generate and send client invoices, follow up on receivables.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
