Company vehicle with fuel card Marriage leave Overview of Role: Coordinating and reviewing design both civil and MEICA design Liaison with the Client and attendance at design and progress meeting Chairing meetings Attendance at workshops Arranging surveys and trial holes/ boreholes as necessary Preparing reports for the Client such as build reviews Identifying and recording project risks Producing programmes Coordinating the construction price Arranging for temporary works design Liaison with the construction team including handover of design, risks, proposed construction methods etc.
The Ideal Person: A degree in Civil Engineering or other industry related qualification.
At least 5 years previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the wider civils sector Excellent numeracy skills and proficient in the use of Outlook and Excel.
