Operations Manager – General InsuranceLocation: Cork (Hybrid – periodic travel in Ireland & Europe)Role Summary: An exciting opportunity for a motivated professional (minimum APA-qualified) with a strong operational and leadership background to step into an international-facing role.
You'll be responsible for performance delivery, regulatory compliance, and client success for teams operating in Ireland and outside of Ireland, while partnering with peers to embed a strong risk culture and service excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead operational delivery for local and international teams, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.Work closely with on-location managers to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Build and maintain strong client relationships.Support and guide teams through a transformation roadmap towards a blended human/digital service model.Monitor performance metrics, identify improvements, and implement solutions.Requirements:CIP or APA qualified in General Insurance.3+ years' management experience in the insurance industry.Strong leadership, relationship management, and change management skills.Experience in contact centre operations, forecasting, and technology.Confident communicator with a proactive approach.Benefits:Competitive salary.22 days annual leave.High street discounts.Pension scheme.Career growth opportunities.APPLY NOW
